About Me
I’m Isabelle Biamby, a speech language pathologist and the founder of 24 Carrots Therapy in South Florida. I created my practice around a simple idea: communication is connected to so much more than speech and language.
My approach looks at the whole person. I incorporate movement, rhythm, music, art, play, sensory needs, executive functioning, and real life experiences into therapy. Sessions are collaborative, flexible, and shaped around each person’s strengths, needs, interests, and goals.
I’ve been practicing as a speech language pathologist since 2018, working with children, teens, and adults across a range of communication needs, including speech sound disorders, language, apraxia, fluency, AAC, social communication, executive functioning, and functional communication.
I believe therapy should help you communicate in ways that matter outside of the therapy room. That might mean expressing an idea, telling a story, advocating for yourself, connecting with other people, organizing your thoughts, participating in a conversation, or simply feeling more comfortable communicating as yourself.
24 Carrots Therapy is neurodiversity affirming and inclusive. Curiosity, creativity, connection, and communication are at the heart of what I do.
